Gakushi-kai "U7" Magazine Publishes Feature Interviews with iCeMS Director Nakatsuji and IPMU Director Murayama

Feature interviews with Prof. Norio Nakatsuji, Director of Kyoto University's Institute for Integrated Cell-Material Sciences (iCeMS), and Prof. Hitoshi Murayama, Director of the University of Tokyo Institute for the Physics and Mathematics of the Universe (IPMU), have been published in the 37th (April 2011) issue of the Gakushi-kai's Extenal LinkU7 magazine.

Each interview, consisting of an introductory article followed by an edited transcript, covers the scientists' careers as well as their hopes and dreams for their respective institutes and fields of research.

About the Gakushi-kai

The Gakushikai is an umbrella alumni association, founded in 1886, comprised of graduates (and faculty as well as former presidents) of Hokkaido University, Kyoto University, Kyusyu University, Nagoya University, Osaka University, Tohoku University, and the University of Tokyo, as well as graduates of the former Keijo Imperial and Taihoku Imperial Universities.
