Hiroshi Satou Awarded 2014 PCCP Prize

Hiroshi Satou

Kyoto University's Institute for Integrated Cell-Material Sciences (iCeMS) Assistant Professor Hiroshi Satou was one of three recipients of the 8th Physical Chemistry and Chemical Physics (PCCP) prize in January 2014 for his research on selective gas separation using nanoporous compounds. This award, given out since 2007 in collaboration with the Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC), recognizes outstanding achievements made by young scientists in the PCCP field. Awardees will receive a commemorative book, a PCCP prize certificate, and a monetary award.

iCeMS Associate Professor Shuhei Furukawa received the PCCP prize in 2012.
