iCeMS Director Susumu Kitagawa Receives Recognition for Authoring Most Cited Angewandte Chemie Article Ever

More than ten years after publishing his landmark review paper, titled "Functional Porous Coordination Polymers," iCeMS Director Susumu Kitagawa received recognition as the author of Angewandte Chemie's most cited paper of all time, at MOF2014 -- an international conference on metal organic frameworks -- in Kobe, Japan on September 30, 2014.

Angewandte Chemie is a highly recognized international journal that covers everything related to the field of chemistry.

Kitagawa's review has been cited 5,570 times to date and currently stands as the most cited article in Angewandte Chemie's 126 year history.
