57th iCeMS Seminar: Dr. Xiaoyuan (Shawn) Chen

Angiogenesis, the formation of new blood vessels from the preexisting blood vessels, a key event in tumor progression and many other pathological disfunctions. This talk will summarize some of the recent advances in vasculature imaging at anatomical, functional and molecular level. The use of molecular imaging techniques to monitor anti-angiogenic treatment will also be presented.
