133rd iCeMS Seminar: Prof. Yasuro Shinohara

Prof. Shinohara will talk about a concept and methodology to systematically overview all major classes of oligosaccharides in the cellular glycome (N- and O-linked glycans derived from glycoproteins, glycosaminoglycans, and glycosphingolipids, as well as free oligosaccharides). Characteristics of the glycomic profiles of ES and iPS cells will be discussed in comparison with those of other human cells.
