176th iCeMS Seminar: Ms. Mary Nishikawa

"I need to write my paper in English, but I don't know where to start" is probably a thought that crosses the minds of many researchers. The purpose of this seminar is to empower you with fundamental English writing tips that will help your paper get accepted, searched, and cited. Those planning to write research papers in English will benefit from learning how to write in the IMRAD style, the most standard writing structure for scientific papers. The talk will also cover common mistakes, such as paraphrasing and misleading expressions, which could be useful for established researchers who have experience writing papers in English.
