[New article available] iCeMS Frontrunners: Dr Susumu Kitagawa

A new article has been added to “iCeMS Frontrunners”. The sixth interview is with Dr Susumu Kitagawa.

In the series, we interview the leaders who are active at the forefront of iCeMS, and ask them not only about their researches but also personal lives.

Dr Kitagawa opened a new frontier in materials science with the development of next-generation porous materials. He was seen as a maverick when he first published his work, but on a hunch, he took a new direction that interested him, and he found a gold mine.
