第35回 アイセムスセミナー: Prof. Danny van Noort
Microfluidic chips lend themselves well to cultivate cells. We have cultured 3D cell constructs of various cell types in a perfused microfluidic chip. Our studies have shown that the functionality of these cells is better than comparable 2D cell cultures. Several applications are possible, such as drug toxicity studies by using the human on a chip. Furthermore I will introduce drug testing on fish embryo on a chip.
