33rd iCeMS Seminar: Prof. Michael O'Keeffe
In this talk, the use of mathematical tools for the systematic recognition of topological types in crystal chemistry will be discussed. This has led to a deeper understanding of the topologies occurring in the solid state as well as providing a much needed rigorous system of classification.
