Shanghai Jiao Tong University President Visits iCeMS
On October 30, President Ding Kuiling of Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) visited iCeMS. Deputy Director Aiko Fukazawa introduced iCeMS’ current research activities and organizational initiatives, while Prof Michinori Suginome from the Graduate School of Engineering and Asso Prof Liyou Han from the Institute for Liberal Arts and Sciences provided updates on Kyoto University.
Following a lively exchange of ideas, the group toured the iCeMS facilities under Fukazawa’s guidance, gaining insights into its cutting-edge research environments and equipment. The visit further strengthened mutual understanding and collaboration between the two universities.
