第196回 アイセムスセミナー: David Van Vactor 教授
Drosophila has served well for genetic analysis of genetic regulatory logic. In order to determine the extent and complexity of microRNA regulation in developing and mature animals, we have developed a library of conditional inhibitory "sponge" transgenic lines. Our data implicate many microRNA genes are important for shaping the form and function of muscle and neuromuscular synapses.
