[New article available] First Author Interview: Niu Han

A new article has been added to the “First Author Interview”. The new interview is with Ms Niu Han, a graduate student of iCeMS Suzuki Lab.

In the series, we invite the first authors of a recently published manuscript for a letter-based interview on their work. In particular, we ask the author to tell us the behind-the-scenes story of their manuscript, as experienced personally by the author but not communicated directly in the manuscript.

Ms Han studies the dynamics of cell membrane phospholipids at Kyoto University. In her recent study, she discovered that two functional proteins form complexes that perform a new function, providing theoretical support for phospholipid scrambling associated with anemia and epilepsy.
