Fluorescent molecular and nanoscale probes for biosensing and bioimaging
Fluorescent probes are indispensable chemical tools for visualization of biological processes and detection of (bio)molecules. We develop families of molecular probes for imaging and sensing of biological membranes of cell surface and organelles, compatible with super-resolution imaging and long-term tracking. We also work on fluorescent lipid and polymer nanoparticles for sensing neurotransmitters and nucleic acids for point-of-care diagnostics.
