From Fundamental Enzyme Catalysis to Applications in Detection and Green Chemistry
Our research interests span enzyme catalysis, enzyme engineering, systems biocatalysis, metabolic engineering and synthetic biology. We cover the entire spectrum from fundamental research applications to industrial uses and innovations. In this talk, I will highlight our recent work on enzymatic cascades that lead to applications in novel gene reporter technology and biocatalysis.
